Overthinking |
Assalamualaikum w.b.t kepada pembaca sekalian,
Perkara yang saya nak kongsi pada hari ini ialah berkenaan "overthinking".
Overthinking ni dia boleh jadi dalam dua keadaan kau fikir tentang perkara yang telah berlaku, ataupun kau fikir tentang perkara yang masih lagi belum berlaku dalam hidup kau. If I have one thing to say, I just want you to know that it's okay, it is normal for you to overthink a situation and please.. don't beat yourself over having a bad thoughts about something.
Kalau kau overthink lagi, duduk and calm yourself, and bagitahu diri kau "everything will be fine, like, everything will be really fine" and focus back your attention towards the current flow sebab bila kita overthink a situation, it's either kita hidup terlampau jauh in the past, or we lived too much forward in the future. And inshAllah you will be fine. Be strong Ok, because you have your hidden strength in your heart :)
